Digital products (ebooks, PDFs, and anything else sold on this site) work differently than physical goods. Here’s how delivery and refunds work.
Delivery
Once your payment goes through, you get access to your download right away through your account on this site and the confirmation email. No shipping, no waiting.
Refunds
All sales are final once a purchase is complete. Because these are digital products delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind.
The one exception: if the file you received is broken, missing pages, or isn’t what was described, contact us through the Contact page and we’ll make it right — either with a working replacement file or a refund. That’s not in question.
How to request a fix
Use the Contact page and include your order number.
