This site is run by Fhullbring Technologies LLC, doing business as Delmineffable (“we,” “us”). This policy covers what happens to your information when you visit delmineffable.com or buy something here.
What we collect
If you fill out the contact form: your name, email, and whatever you type in the message field. That goes to our email inbox. We don’t add it to any list or send it anywhere else.
If you buy something: your name, email, and billing address get stored in our WooCommerce order records on this site. Your payment card details never touch our server — Stripe handles the actual charge and stores that information on their end, not ours. We see the last four digits of your card and the transaction result, nothing more.
Basic site cookies: WordPress, WooCommerce, and our caching plugin (LiteSpeed Cache) set a small number of cookies to keep your cart working, remember if you’re logged into your account, and speed up page loads. These are functional, not advertising or tracking cookies.
What we don’t do
We don’t run analytics or tracking pixels on this site right now — no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, nothing like that.
We don’t have an email marketing tool connected. If that changes, we’ll update this page before we turn it on.
We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who else sees your data
Stripe processes payments and holds your payment method info under their own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).
Our hosting provider stores the site’s data on their servers as part of normal hosting.
Nobody else. We’re not passing your information to ad networks, data brokers, or other third parties.
Digital delivery
When you buy a digital product, WooCommerce generates a download link tied to your order and account. That’s how we track that you paid and that the file was delivered — not for any other purpose.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we have on file for you, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through the Contact page. We’ll respond as a real person, not an automated system, so give us a few days.
Changes
If how we handle data changes — like if we add analytics or an email tool — we’ll update this page and change the effective date at the top.
